Our Financial Literacy programme gives young men the foundational knowledge and practical skills to take control of their financial futures. From budgeting and saving to understanding credit, investing, and entrepreneurship — we cover the full spectrum of personal finance in a way that is relevant, engaging, and actionable.
Participants work through real-world scenarios, build their first budget, open savings accounts, and learn how to set and achieve financial goals. By the end of the programme, every young man has a personalised financial plan and the confidence to execute it.

Mentors and mentees meet regularly, work through structured milestones, and build genuine relationships that often last well beyond the formal programme. For many of our participants, their mentor becomes one of the most influential people in their life.

Participants gain real-world exposure through site visits, job shadows, and collaborative projects with our partners. We also facilitate community service initiatives that allow young men to give back and develop a sense of civic responsibility.
